What is the turnaround time for my project?

Because we’re a specialized local shop without the massive industrial backlogs, we can often get your project in and out faster than the big guys. Most standard projects—like rims or small components—are completed within 2 to 5 business days, and simpler jobs can often be turned around the same day depending on the requirements.
Please note that turnaround times can be affected by color choice. While we stock a range of popular finishes, custom or specialty powders may need to be ordered from our overseas suppliers, which can take approximately 10 to 15 days to arrive. We’ll always let you know upfront if a specific finish will require extra time so you can plan accordingly.
How much does powder coating cost?

Since we are a lean, local operation, we can keep our overheads low and pass those savings on to you. Every job is different, but we pride ourselves on being one of the most affordable options in the Red Beach area. Send us a photo for a quick, no-obligation estimate.
What kind of parts can you coat?

If it’s metal and can withstand the heat and fit inside of our oven, we can coat it. We specialize in automotive parts (rims, calipers, covers), bike frames, and household items like BBQs and garden furniture.
Note: Our current oven setup is perfect for wheels and mid-sized components. If you have a massive part (like a full car chassis), reach out first to check our size capacity!
Do I need to prep the metal before I bring it in?

You don’t have to, but you can. We offer full sandblasting and degreasing to get your parts down to bare metal for the best bond. If you want to save even more on the cost, you can bring us your parts already cleaned and stripped.
Can you match a specific color?

Absolutely. We source our powders from Prismatic Powders, the world leader in custom finishes. This gives you access to over 6,500 colours and textures, including high-gloss, mattes, metallics, candy coats and even glow in the dark finishes.
If you want your project to match your vehicle, we can provide precise colour matching for major car brands including Ford, Toyota, Nissan, Volkswagen, Tesla, and more. Just let us know your paint code or vehicle model, and we can order the exact match to make your parts stand out - or not stand out at all in this case, the choice is yours.
